Its usage:
- Used in treating the respiratory disorders, cough, bronchitis, asthma.
- Also in tummy gas, gastritis.
Dosage:
1-2tab with warm water before food once or twice as per the ayurveda physician.

Bala – Sida cordifolia
Jiraka – Cumin seeds
Bilva – Aegle marmelos
Abda – Cyperus rotundus
Vrishamoola – Root of Adhatoda vasica
Vishva – Ginger
Suradruma – Cedrus deodara
Guha – Oryza sativa
Ikshu – Sugarcane
Laja – parched grain.
