• Avena Sativa Q: Nervous exhaustion, Nervous palpitation, Insomnia.
• Scutellaria Q: Sudden wakefulness, Sleep late in morning and wakes with severe headache.

20-40 Drops with 1/4th cup water 3 times daily.

Precautions while using Dr. Advice No. 58 (Sleep-En)

Always keep a gap of 15 minutes before or after meals when you take medicine.
