About Zandu K4 Tablet

Zandu K4 is a good Herbal & Ayurvedic medicine used for urinary infections. It is uses in the management of cystitis, urethritis, burning micturition, crystalluria and renal calculi. It key ingredients are guduchi, chandra prabha, harida, kanyalohadi, bilva patra and karela swarasa. These herbal ingredients relieves the symptoms of urinary tract infection. This medicine is very useful in soothing the inflamed urinary tract mucous thus relieving the local symptoms like obstructive urination, dysuria and abdominal discomfort due to urine obstruction. Zandu K4 also has diuretic properties which helps in flushing the bacteria via urine and relieves the urinary symptoms caused by infections.

Indications of Zandu K4 Tablet

• It is used in managing Urinary Tract Infection (UTI).
• For Burning Micturition disorder.
• In the management of Urethritis problem.
• For managing Crystalluria disorder.
• For managing Cystitis, Renal and Urinary Calculi problems.

Ingredients of  Zandu K4 Tablet

Chandraprabha 120 mg Guduchi(Tinospora cordifolia) 120 mg Kanyalohadi 40 mg Haridra(Curcuma longa) 20 mg Bhavna of Bilvapatra Swaras and Karela Swaras.

Dosage of  Zandu K4 Tablet

For UTI, 2 tablets twice a day with water or milk for 2-4 weeks. In Burning micturition, 2 tablets twice a day for 4-5 days. For renal and urinary calculi, 2 tablets for 2-4 months or till the stones are flushed out. To prevent recurrence after surgical/non surgical removal of calculi, 2 tablets twice a day for the first month and thereafter 1 tablet twice a day for next 4-5 months.

Precautions of  Zandu K4 Tablet

• Keep away from children’s reach.
• Do not over dose the medicine.
• Self medication is not recommended.
• Store in dry and cool place.
• Close medicine cap tightly after every use.
• Keep medicine in original package and container.
